Thank you for choosing Perfect Match Luxe as your source for high-quality hair extensions! We want to make sure that your shopping experience is seamless, and that includes providing clear information about our shipping and return policies.

Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping, but please be aware that certain products may have restrictions based on international regulations. Additionally, international shipping may take longer due to customs and distance. Shipping dates will depend on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose.

Please note that orders typically take 2-3 business days to process before shipping, with the exception of out-of-stock orders (5-7 business days), wholesale and large orders (7-10 business days), and custom color and wig orders (7-14 business days). To ensure same-day processing, purchases must be submitted before 10 AM EST.

Shipping fees will vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. Shipping options will be available at the time of purchase, and larger orders or international shipping may incur additional fees. Orders will only be shipped to confirmed addresses, and once an order is placed, the address cannot be changed for any reason.

Return & Exchange:

At Perfect Match Luxe, we are committed to providing the highest quality products possible. All of our extensions are prepared and packaged professionally at our factory and are subject to a rigorous inspection process before shipping.

Please note that we do not offer refunds; however, we do offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original, resalable condition. We cannot accept any merchandise that has been altered or processed in any way, including perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, or removing the hair from the weft. Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair products.

To process an exchange, the unwanted product must be returned using our pre-addressed labels. Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our exchange criteria, we will exchange it for something of equal or greater value. If the exchange is for an item of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional cost.

In the rare occurrence of a product defect, we offer a 30-day Product Defect Exchange Policy. If you experience any issues with our products, please contact our customer service team and submit a written complaint form within 30 days of purchase. Please note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, or removing the hair from the weft voids the Product Defect Exchange Policy. If we verify that the product is defective, we will exchange or replace it at no additional cost to you. If you opt for an exchange of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you if shipped ground. Otherwise, you will receive a $10.95 credit toward another shipping option. If we determine that the product defect issue is not valid, we will return the original product to you.
